PTM Images?is holding an open call for graphic artists to show their portfolios on Tuesday, December 11th. Please let Career Development know if you are interested in this opportunity.
1) Open call will be 9:30am-6:30pm (please arrive before 4:30 to be seen)
2) This particular job is as a design assistant. In-Design skill set is a requirement (see job-description below) However, if you ARE a visual/graphic artist, they should bring a portfolio to be reviewed. Please bring a portfolio that you can leave. One of their senior designers will interview for this position.

Production Artist/ Administrative Assistant
The key to this position is presentation. The Production Artist/ Administrative Assistant is in charge of making sale sheets, catalogs, and all other marketing material look appealing for our clients. If you love working with layouts, images, and typography, then you are a perfect match for this job.
- Work closely with the Design and Sales Departments from selecting images for specific clients to laying the selections out.
- Responsible for putting together sale sheets, catalogs, and all other marketing materials.
- Work directly with Art and Sales Department.
- Must meet multiple needs for Art Department and Sales Department in administrative functions.
Requirements:
- Must be excellent with Adobe InDesign and should be familiar with Adobe Photoshop. Graphic Design degree a plus!
- This is more of an administrative function; therefore, rarely will art or design related work be done.
- Must be extremely detailed oriented.
- Mac proficient.
- Ability to multi-task while working in a fast-paced environment.
